TTizit

Terms of Service

Draft for legal review. Last updated 2026-10-08.

1. The service

Tizit is an AI search, creation and advice service. It sends your question to one or more third-party AI models, compares their responses, and produces a final answer. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on.

2. Not professional advice

Tizit is not a licensed financial, legal, medical or other professional advisor. Advice mode produces research and analysis to discuss with a qualified professional; it is not a substitute for one.

3. Accounts and plans

You need a verified email address to use Tizit. The free plan includes a fixed number of questions. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled and can be managed from your account page. Allowances are measured in questions and intelligence levels, not API calls; one question may use many models.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Tizit to break the law, infringe the rights of others, generate harmful content, attack systems, circumvent usage limits, or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the policies of the third-party AI providers.

5. Your content and our output

You keep the rights to what you submit. You may use the output Tizit produces for you, subject to the terms of the third-party providers. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the service.

6. Third-party providers

Your questions are processed by third-party AI and search providers under their own terms and privacy policies. The list of providers in use is available on request and changes over time.

7. Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Tizit is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may change these terms with notice on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
